Problomatic Sexual Behaviors
Problematic sexual behaviors can take many forms: compulsive patterns, unwanted habits, or secret actions that conflict with personal, relational, or spiritual values. These behaviors often escalate over time and are frequently driven by deeper emotional pain—such as anxiety, shame, trauma, or difficulty regulating stress.
Whether it’s excessive pornography use, anonymous encounters, or persistent urges that feel impossible to manage, the impact is real. Relationships suffer. Self-worth erodes. Partners may feel betrayed, blindsided, or emotionally abandoned. And the cycle continues—often in isolation and silence.
But with structured support and nonjudgmental guidance, change is possible. My approach helps individuals understand the roots of their behavior, take full responsibility for the harm caused, and begin rebuilding trust where it’s been broken. Together, we work toward developing compassion for betrayed partners, healing relational ruptures, and restoring a life grounded in connection, accountability, and healthy intimacy.
